C-evo's "Space Port" is the State Improvement required before you can build the MIR Space Station Wonder or any colony ship parts. Requires Space Flight advance and 300/400/500 resources. A not insignificant side effect is that all special resources are produced in double amounts, making those diamond, fish, gas, gold, ivory, manganese, peat, and wine tiles really productive, especially the mountain diamond (extra 7 trade) and arctic ivory (extra 3 food and 4 trade).
