Alexander is a cold-hearted man who works his pokemon too hard like paul.He first appears in DP137.He just defeated Ash's Monferno with his girafarig's future sight attack.Berating Ash for training his pokemon with love.He than proceeds to laugh at ash's skills saying if he ditched his pikachu he wouldn't have lost.This angers Ash as he considers Pikachu to be his friend.Alexander laughs evilly saying Ash will never beat him with that attitude.Brock and Dawn consider him scary.
