The Floo Network Administration is a division of the Office of Transportation of the Department of Magical Affairs. It is responsible for the regulation and upkeep of the American Floo Network. It regularly cleans out the Floo network of energy buildup, which can confuse ones destination when it is present in too great an amount. It also detects any unauthorized fireplaces connected to the network, and arranges for their destruction.
