The 2008 Goody's Cool Orange 500 was a Sprint Cup Series event held at Martinsville Speedway on March 30, 2008. Denny Hamlin held off a hard-charging Jeff Gordon for the victory late in the event, using a late two-tire strategy that gave him the best track position.
