The House of Commons of the Bancairn Republic is the upper house of the Parliament of the Bancairn Republic. It consists of 200 members of the House, styled "MPs", elected by county and following a system of proportional representation. The President of the House presides over sessions of the House and is responsible for directing debates and ensuring that the legislative process is able to occur. The current President of the House is the Rt Hon. Scott Grosvenor of the Social-Democratic Alliance.
