Udo comes from the Fukumoto Clan, his father Tenjo Fukumoto always said "when someone is in need of help you are obligated to help them". Udo strongly believed in that, even as a child he would protect other kids from bullies. No matter how strong the opponent he was always willing to defend the weak from them. When he was 7 he protected a fellow student from bullies he was beaten nearly to death and was hospitalized, it took him quite some time before he could return to the academy.
