Following The Void's defeat at the hands of Musashi, the Four Elements left the Neo Zeed with no master to speak of. They were eventually taken by Mitsugi, who allowed them to stay at the Mitsugi Casino. However, they soon grew restless, well aware that a disguised Musashi was outside the establishment, listening for movement from within the building. They continuously attempted to offer their services to the gang boss, but Mitsugi refused, leaving the ninjas to believe that the Yakuza were perfectly competent enough to handle the situation. When this proved to be incorrect, the Elements directly challenged Mitsugi, convincing him to give them a chance.
