Tracy Scoggins (b. 13 November 1953, Dickinson, Texas, USA) is an American actress. She appeared as Elizabeth Lochley in Season 5 of Babylon 5, Crusade, the TV-movies River of Souls and A Call to Arms, and the direct-to-video release, Voices in the Dark. She also made an appearance on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine alongside Erick Avari.
