Once a simple ashrak in the services of Selket—the very creator of the ashraks—Tehret was an extremely strict Goa'uld who managed to rise through the ranks of his fellow ashrak to become Selket's personal Goa'uld governor on the important planet of Lira-ke. Known to follow the laws and regulations to the precise letter and with absolutely no mercy, he ruled above several Jaffa Second Primes and Captains who commanded the planets 15,000 permanently stationed troops.
