Christopher Drew Carter (born September 5, 1981 in Solon, Ohio) is a retired American football wide receiver of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the fifth round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at Ohio State. He has also played for the Oakland Raiders.
