A nation can allow Gated Communities via a policy which sets the government's official stance on the issue of people living in private, walled-off neighborhoods. Gated communities are favored by the Wealthy and the Conservative who enjoy the safety from Crime that the communities provide. However, these communities will cause a drop in apparent Equality and will be opposed by Liberals due to how they serve to highlight class and wealth differences.
