Prince Voorhis is the unnamed father of Morvran Voorhis, a relative of Emperor Emhyr var Emreis, and a Nilfgaardian noble of pure blood from the capital. He is regarded as a man of iron will, which could not be controlled, and most likely a member of the Guild of Merchants. In the quest Leuvaarden, he and his son are not named as potential candidates for the throne, which was desired by conspirators. It is not known whether he knew anything about the conspiracy of aristocrats.
