New Abashiri Prison: Drifter at Edge of World (新網走番外地 さいはての流れ者 Shin Abashiri Bangaichi: Saihate no nagaremono) aka The Vagrant Comes to a Port Town is a Yakuza film directed by Kiyoshi Saeki. It is the thirteenth film in the Abashiri Prison series and the third in the "New Abashiri Prison" series.
