Ailsa MacMinn was a Loomis citizen and politician. She was born in the middle of the 19th Century PD. She and her husband, Keith, were the leaders of the Prosperity Party when it seized power in a brief and bloody coup. Keith died at the turn of the 20th Century PD, leaving her as sole head of the party. By 1922 PD, she was not much more than a figurehead, being over seventy T-years old and not a prolong recipient. Vice President Tyler MacCrimmon actually made most of the important decisions at the time the government faced a serious uprising by the Loomis Liberation League. (HH14)
