Fleet Admiral Arthur Ranald Chadwick (born July 4th, 2493), is a Senior Officer (0-11), in the United Nations Space Command Navy. Fleet Admiral Chadwick was involved in an accident sometime after the Harvest campaign, in which after smoking a pipe aboard his ship, the flames combusted and burned his eyes, garnering him a set of prosthetic eyes.
