Sando Kotter was Pilot Zero, Zerocorp's best pilot. If someone had a ship, he could fly it. He went through roughly 3 ZX-12's in a week (in battles) so he was not alowed one of the few ZX-24's that Zerocorp had. He was the previous owner of The Novaya Kestral. He used to call it the Nandel.
