Vreegon was raised by a single mother, who worked as a maid in the Grand Protector's mansion. After school, Vreegon would visit his mother there. He was mentored by an older Rodian male who was the carpenter for the mansion. He taught Vreegon about carpentry, shooting, and what it meant to be a man. Vreegon began to learn how to hunt, the most prized occupation on Rodia.
