Corellian Merlot was an alcoholic beverage from Corellia. The Hutt crime boss Jabba Desilijic Tiure had a taste for Corellian Merlot, though his chef Porcellus felt it was not the best type of wine. It was also served in the dining car of the luxury repulsortrain Gem of Alderaan.
