The purpose of the armor selling NPC's is to allow you the chance to buy generic armor for your class at a reasonable price. The name of the armor sellers will change from one city to the next, and the level required to wear the armor shall change as well. The lowest level armor will be sold in Taoyuan, once you are too high for that to be of use you can graduate to buying from Liuhe, and then you can use the Yicheng weapon seller, followed by the Shoudu, and lastly the Bizhuo one. --Mikuri 19:55, 3 March 2008 (UTC)
