Karhel was a Republic Strategic Information Service agent during the Cold War. In 3643 BBY, along with Jaysa Wise and a few other SIS agents Karhel was stationed in the Imperial-controlled High Security Lockdown section of Nar Shaddaa. Unfortunately, he was apprehended by the Sith Empire and tortured for the information on his fellow agents.
