Gem Plunder and similar blue gems allow a player to clone a random gem belonging to an enemy or a friend in the same battle as you. Once used, the cloning gem in play transforms into the cloned gem. Different cloning gems allow you to clone either an enemy's gem, or a friend's. In addition cloning gems will clone gems in an in-play slot, in a current draw slot, or in a pouch. Because of the high gold cost of these gems, the randomness of the gems being cloned and the ensuing limited utility of these gems, gem cloning is not commonly used by players in Nodiatis.
