"Catch the Tail by the Tiger" is sung by Gobo in the Fraggle Rock episode of the same name. The song was Gobo's way of explaining to the other Fraggles how he could be brave enough to venture into Outer Space and look for his Uncle Traveling Matt. The song was later used in the Animal Show episode "Manatee & Lemur" sung by a male vocalist in a reggae style. Jake the Polar Bear sings a bit of it as well, excited about his new tail, a gift from co-host Stinky the Skunk.
