Soon to be the Current Minister of Health for Neimodia Lilandra has spent the last 3 years fighting the Brain Rot Type C until MedStar found the Senora Compound,she was one of the lead reasechers on the case for the NRC. Now decidated to making sure MedStar's request to keep the disease erradiacted and overseeing dribution of the cure is something this young woman is passionate about making sure the disease never happens agian. Lilandra is not the first female on the Neimodian High Council she is also the youngest at 18. Currently her sister Lesanda Kantaya is working for Ciara Santhe and her House.
