He was responsible for the consolidation of the Department of Cildania (ER) and the Free Church of Cildania and the reconstruction of the Cathedral of Santa Miguel el Archangel and during his time as Patriarch has moved the Department in a more progressive direction bringing it more in line with other ER Departments abroad.
