Orville Garrett was a member of Troop D and was responsible for caring for Mister Dillon. He was present at several of the lightquakes and would keep Mister Dillon restrained and calm during these lightquakes. He was not present when the thinking creature came out of the Buick Roadmaster or when Dillon was put down by George Morgan. He would later go to Dillon's grave where he would cry for his deceased partner.
