Lord Velian's Plane is a realm of Oblivion created by Lord Velian, a member of the Bloodthorn Cult. Lord Velian created this realm through a series of necromatic rituals after residents of the village of Eagle's Brook were turned into zombies. The realm was a copy of the village, with ruined houses, writhing vines and an orange sky. When the local mage, Merien Sellan, learned of Velian's ritual he entered the realm to stop him and collapse the realm. During an attempt to collapse the realm Merien was captured and ultimately killed in his efforts.
