The "Fake Lisa Simpson" is an actress who went onto a stage show as Lisa Simpson. In "The Simpsons Spin-Off Showcase", the Simpsons get their own spin-off, "The Simpson Family Smile-Time Variety Hour" which Lisa refused to participate in and thus replaced by this attractive older model. The replacement of Lisa with this actress reflects the recasting of Jan Brady in The Brady Bunch Hour, an infamous spin-off from The Brady Bunch, when Eve Plumb refused to participate.
