Kirsti Sparboe is a Norwegian singer. She represented Norway in the late 1960s three times, and scoring no more than 2 points in any of her entries. Sparboe covered the 1968 and 1971 winning songs in Norwegian and took part in the 1970 German pre-selection when Norway boycotted the contest for allowing four countries to share the win.
