Players can start an event by driving onto the white arrows at the base of an event start location and pressing the prompted button. Additional players in the current multiplayer session can compete against each other in the same event by having all players park near an event start location, and allowing one player to initiate the button prompt. There are 79 individual events made up of eight different event types. Completing events will reward the player with additional Cash (File:NFS2015CreditsIcon.png) and Reputation (File:NFS2015RepSmallIcon.png).
