A. Bass, Ph.D, is the director of GDI's Extraterrestrial Research division, responsible for overseeing the decoding and research of the Tacitus. He reported the results of the research as well as the existence of a second Scrin race, which shares the same characteristics with them, but apparently is in a state of civil war with the ones that invaded us.
