King Tollist was the monarch of Naboo from 533 BBY to 503 BBY, and the father of the more famous Queen Yarm. He was an advocate of isolating Naboo from the rest of the galaxy, and under his reign it became more difficult for offworlders to settle on Naboo, especially non-human offworlders. Despite heavy criticism, Tollist's laws remained in effect for many centuries after his death.
