Sam originally invent MOP for his entry to The Best Invention in Wales competition, his idea was to built a robot out of a bin, which was to be a manual cleaner. Norman accidentally triggered MOP, which send it running uncontrollably around the town putting everything that it thinks are litters. It ended up putting Norman Price into the bin, before being switched off by Sam.
