I got the notion of an inclusion model from Dale Cushingberry, high school principal from Topeka, Kansas. He used this term in a radio interview with Tavis Smiley on 21 May 2004. Pubwan is inclusive as a matter of principle. (See "What is pubwan," ) Nevertheless, it might be nice if pubwan had a method to its madness. To that end, I advocate formulating a pubwan inclusion model. For now, I will stick with notational rubrics that I have already introduced elsewhere in the pubwan literature, namely... * maxhi schema, * proximity modeling, * norm spec
