Rayhoven was and probably still is an ISA military base, which played a crucial part in the ultimate defeat of the Helghast forces on Vekta. Rayhoven is located on Southern Vekta, and housed large numbers of troops, vehicles and ISA landing craft, and housed ISA Nuclear weapons (one of the most destructive weapons of the Second Extrasolar War). It also housed ISA scientist Evelyn Batton, & NBSP Defence Minister Heff Milcher and ISA traitor Dwight Stratson.
