If mining probes of the same grade are linked they will be more effective. For example three mining G2 probes linked together will give an 30% increase but 1 x G1 and 2 x G2 mining probes will not. Mining Probes are the most plentiful, and have a huge effect on the Mining total (the maximum amount of Miranium that can be obtained). However, as a trade-off, mining probes will only generate revenue at 30% efficiency. It can be noted that Miranium has a finite storage capacity, which can be boosted by installing Storage Probes.
