Hysteric Empress's attacks involve shooting liquid goo shots which duplicates when shot, laying eggs which release small crab drones and shooting hard to avoid yellow homing lasers. It can also jump out of the screen and land right over the player. After being destroyed, the flying fortress is also destroyed, sinking into the sea of clouds. However, Hysteric Empress mysteriously emerges from the clouds, apparently having survived the explosion.
