Uncle Len is Elma Coogan's brother and Danny Coogan and Don Coogan's uncle. He is a carpenter for the Bodega Bay Inn during World War 2. He hires Danny to help him build chairs for a wedding reception. He is friends with Andre Toulon and knows about his fight with Major Kraus in Berlin, but he doesn't believe him, he thinks he's just old and senile.
