Deband is a DEF up spell. its use is much like Resta, Or area of effect. Uncharged it buffs the players for 20 or 30 seconds. if it is fully charged and players are hit by all 3 or 4 ticks. It signifigintly increases DEF of any player it buff's. It works best combined with shifta, To get the ATK up. and the DEF up buff. For most players it is a must have for unsafe boss battles, If the player feels they will take large amounts of damage.
