First Attempted Attack Against the U.S.S. Benjamin Franklin is an incident that occurred in May 2012 and which saw arsonist Andre Fullerton attempting to destroy the Navy ship. Despite Fullerton's efforts, he was stopped by NCIS Special Agents Anthony DiNozzo and Ziva David with the Navy ship itself being saved.
