Mr. Grizzle came into Mopatop's Shop in the episode "Mr. Grizzle's Laugh" where he was in search of a good laugh. When he awoke in the morning, he fell out of bed and bumped his head, and the day before, he stepped in a puddle right up to his middle. So a good laugh is just what he needs. The puppet was recycled from a Gray Frackle.
