The Unknown Hero is the default title for the Hero of the Quest for Glory series back in Quest for Glory I: So You Want to Be a Hero (EGA) (it is also mentioned in the VGA Remake). In the Quest for Glory: Authorized Guide he is given the name Devon Aidendale. He graduated from the Hero's Corrospondance school, formed by the Famous Adventurer, and speaks Griffin (very, very poorly). At the end of Dragon Fire, the Hero has the opportunity to marry one of five female characters.
