Fireman Armstrong was a firefighter who tackled the fog incident that occurred at the Inner City Office Block, along with Firewoman Cooper. He was killed by a Precambrian Worm when the two came across the Anomaly responsible for the incident. (Episode 2.2) He is also seen nosebleeding when before he got killed. He is also is one of the members of United Kingdom Fire Department.
