Amanda Ellen Ricker (née Graybill; 30 December 1862 – 22 January 1973) was an American pending supercentenarian. She was born as Amanda Ellen Graybill in Millville, Clayton, Iowa as the oldest child to Thomas and Mary Ann Welch Graybill. She grew up in Clayton and married her husband Malon Ricker there on 17 August 1890. The couple had five children together, four of which Amanda outlived.
