Gekíje is an artificial language developed in a school in the Metro-Boston area of Massachusetts, but in the Gekím alternate history, it is the official language of the nation of Gekím. There are 31 letters in the Gekíje alphabet, and each letter makes only one sound, with the exception of "r." Diphthongs do not exist in Gekíje, and each vowel sound must be pronounced separately.
