This technique enables the user to seemingly instantaneously travel from one spot to the next, literally with the speed of a blink of an eye. The speed at which the user moves is so great that it generates and leaves behind an afterimage in his or her likeness that dissipates after four seconds. This technique, however, is not without weakness. Kōsoku states that his maximum effective range of travel is within one hundred feet. To move even a foot outside of this range is greatly taxing on a chakra level and on a physical level, easily exhausting him.
