Dr Moureau´s Island is a secret island located on the Pacific Ocean. It was once a popular tourist location, but it was abandoned in favor of nuclear explosive tests across the island, causing mutations in the local lifeforms. The Rebel Army later located the desolate island, hoping to salvage any leftover nuclear weapons, but instead only found the mutated creatures, victims of the radioactive fallout caused by the tests. Marco Rossi and Tarma Roving of the P.F Squad, along with Eri Kasamoto and Fio Germi of the S.P.A.R.R.O.W.S were deployed to the island as their first mission in stopping General Morden's third attempt at a coup d'etat of the world's governments.
