Diahann Carroll (b. 1935) is an American actress perhaps best remembered for her work on the television series Julia and Dynasty. Diahann appeared with Kermit the Frog on an episode of The Flip Wilson Show, where Kermit asked for a kiss while pretending to be Flip Wilson. Among Carroll's other credits are appearances on the Star Wars Holiday Special, the television series Grey's Anatomy, voicing Queen La on the Disney animated series The Legend of Tarzan, and appearing in Agnes of God on Broadway.
