If a person was Vice President and became President due to Presidential succession for a period less than or equal to half a President's term (i.e. a maximum of two years), they would still be eligible to be elected as President twice and serve a total of 10 years as President. Alternatively, repealing or modifying the Twenty-second Amendment.
