Wrath of the Sky Gods is a very powerful and feared collaboration technique between Tomoyo Kōdona and Rikuo. It incorporates Tomoyo's power of storms and Rikuo's power over the wind to create a natural category five hurricane.The first step of this technique is Tomoyo creating a sea of water that has a temperature of 80 degrees. Rikuo uses his power of wind to cause the wind to rotate around the water counter clockwise which evaporates the water and makes the water rise. Tomoyo uses her ability over the to accelerate this process and cause it to rain in the area. Within seconds, Tomoyo and Rikuo have created a category 5 hurricane with wind speeds of up to 160 miles per hour. This hurricane has the capability of destroying most of Konoha.
