Shatskikh, the Flash (Japanese: 閃光のシャツキフ, Senkō no Shatsukifu) is a Tyrant in Xenoblade Chronicles X. It is a Xiphias, and can be found at level 25 near Northpointe Cove in Primordia. It must be defeated to complete the mission Proficiency Exam 3, which is required in order to receive a Skell License.
